Who sells the books

Books are sold by Apostle Charles Mutuku.

Ordering

Prices are in Kenya shillings unless your order page shows US dollars. The price of the books, any promo saving and the delivery charge are shown before you pay. Your order is confirmed when payment is confirmed; until then, stock is not reserved. If we made an obvious pricing mistake, we contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

Payment

You pay with M-Pesa. Card, mobile money and bank payments are processed by Pesapal on its secure page; we never see your card number or PIN. If you pay to our M-Pesa Till by hand, we confirm the payment against our Till statement before preparing your order. If a payment fails, you can try again from your order page. See Payment for details.

Delivery and collection

Delivery charges and estimated times depend on where you are, and are shown at checkout. Estimates are not guarantees; we tell you if there is a delay. Orders outside Kenya get a delivery quote first, and you pay only if you accept it. See Delivery and returns.

Cancelling an order

• You can cancel a paid order at any time before it is dispatched or made ready for collection, for a full refund. Write to us with your order number.
• An unpaid order simply lapses; nothing is charged.
• We may cancel an order if a book is out of stock or payment cannot be confirmed. We tell you why and refund anything you paid in full.
• After dispatch, the returns terms below apply.

Refunds

• Refunds go back the way you paid: card, mobile money and bank payments through Pesapal, and Till payments to the M-Pesa number that paid.
• We start a refund within three working days of agreeing it. Your bank or mobile money provider may take a few more working days to show it.
• Mobile money payments can only be refunded in full, and each payment can be refunded once. This is a rule of the payment networks.
• You will not be charged any fee by us for a refund.

Returns

If a book arrives damaged, has a printing fault, or is not the book you ordered, tell us within 7 days of receiving it, with your order number and a photo. We send a replacement at no cost, or refund the book and its delivery in full, whichever you prefer.

If you change your mind, you may return unused books in their original condition within 7 days of receiving them. Please contact us first. You pay the cost of sending them back, and we refund the price of the books once they reach us.

Refunds go back the way you paid, as the terms of sale explain.

Promo codes and quantity prices

Promo codes have no cash value, may have an end date, a minimum order or a use limit, and apply to books only, not delivery. One code per order, and some codes are one per customer. Quantity prices apply automatically when the quantity of one book reaches the stated level.

Your account

Keep access to your email safe: the one-time codes we send are how you sign in. You can download your data or delete your account at any time from Account, Settings.

The community

By posting you agree to the community guidelines. You keep ownership of what you write, and allow us to show it on this website and in its apps. We may hide or remove posts that break the guidelines, and suspend accounts that keep breaking them. Advice from other readers is their own opinion, not professional financial, legal or medical advice.

Reviews

Only people who bought a book here can review it. Reviews must be honest and about the book. We do not remove reviews for being critical; we only remove those that break the guidelines.

Soft copies

When soft copies are available, they are licensed for your personal reading inside this app, on your own devices. They may not be copied, shared or resold.

The books' content

The books, sample pages, covers, outlines and blog articles on this site are the author's copyright. Please do not copy them beyond short quotations with credit.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. If something goes wrong, please contact us first; most problems are solved quickly. If we cannot agree, you may take the matter to the courts of Kenya. For concerns about personal information, see the privacy notice.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to an order is the one you accepted when you placed it.
