Collection
A collection point is being arranged. Until it opens, please choose delivery.
Outside Kenya
For addresses outside Kenya we confirm the courier cost with you first. Nothing is charged until you accept the quote and pay.
- Add your books to the basket and choose "Deliver outside Kenya" at checkout.
- We work out the courier cost and email you the full total.
- You review the quote on your order page and pay only if you accept it.
Payment
Pay with M-Pesa Paybill 312246, using your order number as the account number. No account needed. You send the payment from your own phone and type the M-Pesa code on your order page; we confirm it against our statement. We never see or store your PIN.
You can also pay to our M-Pesa Till 312246 from your order page and send us the M-Pesa code. We confirm Till payments by hand before your order is prepared.
An order is confirmed only once the payment is confirmed. If a payment fails, you can try again from your order page. If money left your account for a failed payment, contact us with your order number.
Returns
If a book arrives damaged, has a printing fault, or is not the book you ordered, tell us within 7 days of receiving it, with your order number and a photo. We send a replacement at no cost, or refund the book and its delivery in full, whichever you prefer.
If you change your mind, you may return unused books in their original condition within 7 days of receiving them. Please contact us first. You pay the cost of sending them back, and we refund the price of the books once they reach us.
